I and my daughter luv Tony Romas to death. First time there but never regret. As in Singapore is non- halal, we get to eat in Malaysia. The prawn cocktail is so Delicious dat I ate slowly so I can njoy the flavour. The steak n ribs is to die for. Dessert is ok. I would recommend to my Malay ferns there. I hope you will open another outlet in Malacca so it's not to far for us to drive there from Singapore. Keep it up Tony Roma's. Cheers!

I bought this expensive great delicious looking cream puffs for RM28.60 (2 Vanilla, 2 chocolate, 2 durian cream puffs. Vanilla/chocolate cost RM4.80 each. Durian was RM6.30, with 10% discount. I agree to what others described previously, so this will be my first & my last cream puffs at this store. I'm going to look for other places around PJ which sell cream puffs at a cheaper price.

I love Taiwanese street snacks from duck neck to fermented tofu and Shilin is inevitably my best choice of reminiscence of my days spent in Taiwan. Howver, I was really annoyed by your staff there in Berjaya Times Square branch. I was having lunch with 3 other colleagues and we were sitting on a long bench bench facing the wall. We all ordered Mee Suah and to add a little meat, I ordered a piece of xxl crispy chicken. I took my chicken and since I am not taking it away but to be shared with 3 others, I had requested the attentant to cut the meat into bite sizes. The store attendent rejected and informed me that it is the company policy not to cut this chicken meat into pieces. I asked him how shall it be served if it is to be served as the "rice bix". How should we share if it was such a big whole piece? He pointed to a notice pasted onto the wall and asked me to read. I read it that the "cutting" may "reduce" the taste or delectable quality of the freied meat. I then asked for a pair of scissors to cut it myself but again I was refused. I challenged him and requested him to change it to dine-in serving but he just ignored my request and dared me to write in if I was not satisfied. I wonder if your staff really understand what is customer's satisfaction or do they really know what is written on the notice to customers regarding the "cutting". That was the most unpleasant lunch I have ever had! I may have to think many many times before I ever stepped into your shop again.
