used to love going to this joint but food quality is nowhere compared to a couple years ago and the last 2 times i was there, the service was regrettable.

Correct me if I am wrong. I used to be regular when ‘Chef Loong’ was still working at this place. But since he left, i found the food quality dropped and my all-time favourite steamed layered custard card is no longer in the menu So i have not been back since.
