Chef Loong is another of those snack/dim sum/siu loong pau joints and it's pretty well known around SS2. Apparently Chef Loong himself actually left to start Shanghai 10 in Bangsar! I wonder where he's gone now as Shanghai 10 sadly seems to have closed down :(
