Does anybody have a phone number of the shop (Jln Raja Laut)?
Are they open on 1st Jan, 2009??
I’ll have a foreign friend coming to KL for the new year and want to take them there on the 1st night…

yea,it nice to eat at that place in PJ(ss2) and KL (jalan raja laut) the bak kut teh is bitter but it is traditional BKT from KLANG enjoy that BKT

Their ex workers are opening their own stalls since they left Mungo Jerry at year 1998. I started to eat their BKT since year 2000 when they just started their business by selling at people’s shop side walk during the supper time. Open stall at 9pm and sold out at 1am.

The taste are far more better than Mungo Jerry’s BKT. The way they serve the rice is the same which puts in crushed fried onions and a bit of special oil that cooked from the onions. The “LOU G YOK” is a must to try especially the gravy.

sry for the super late reply. been rather busy of late and totally forgot bout this comment.

i cant seem to get wikimapia to work.

from SS2 head towards Kelana Jaya LRT station (in the direction of sunway). it doesnt matter whether you choose to go up the fly over or remain on the bottom lane.

around 500m after KJ LRT station, there will be a turning on the left, you will see the bak ku teh shop in the middle of the shop lots there.
